Anyone ever see the movie...

Bend it like Beckham...

I watched it the other day on cable cuz I had never seen it and I liked it. It was very entertaining...

It was really cute. The sister that got married cracked me up. She was into being in the spotlight. Indian Brides are not supposed to smile and there she was smiling into the video and loving it...LOL LOL LOL

Indian weddings look very interesting. My cousin married an indian girl but we were unable to go to the wedding. My mom said it was really beautiful....She they had the indian ceremony where she changed gowns a couple of times and then they did a catholic ceremony as well where she wore a white gown as well...for the reception she had on a gold colored gown...

the first time I watched it I liked it, the second time I was not entertained at all.

In a nutshell it's about a girl who plays soccer agains the wishes of her very traditional and old fashioned Indian family.

I think Bride and Prejudice is supposed to be in the video stores...but I haven't been able to locate it.

the music in that movie is great and I love the story line. Granted no one is performing an oscar winning performance but I think the story line was cute.
