Anyone ever try Herbalife?

I was talking to a friend and when I told him I wanted to lose 15lbs before the wedding he said to try herbalife. He tried it and lost 20lbs in his first 2 months. He has 2 meal replacement shakes, 1 regular dinner and some fruit as snacks between meals. I'm considering giving it a try so any advice or comments would be helpful. TIA!

He didnt lose weight because of herbalife, he lost weight because he was replacing meals with a shake eating dinner and fruit as snacks instead of something bad....Don't waste your money....I make fruit smoothies a lot and will eat that for breakfast-banannas, strawberries, fat free milk and ice. yummy!

Yes!!!! Sometimes i do different combinations. when i am craving it, i put lowfat icecream in there, or different types of fruit....i also make a cofee one with cofee icecream (lowfat) french vanilla coffee fat free milk and ice. but that is more fatening.....the strawberry bannana one is probably about 200 calories....but its a lot, probably 16 oz....

Just throw stuff in a blender that you like!!!!

My FI did herbalife and lost about 30 pounds over the summer. He put back on about 15 pounds but still looks good.

His issue was that he didn't eat regularly so his metabolism was shot so Herbalife was good for him b/c the shakes were quick and easy to make.

You do have to take a ton of supplements on Herbalife though. You take about 15 pills a day.
