I am not using them, but I saw a friend at a wedding last week and she told me she used them and was very disappointed for the amount of money she paid. She said that they did not treat her professionally.

This is her opinion, she got married in 99 so they may have changed hands.

My friend is using them. I used Creative Compositions. I looked into JoVon, but heard a few things that made me unhappy. First, I heard that they are terrible in customer service. Once they get the money, they don't return calls and it is like a factory. After your wedding, it could take 2 years to get your albums back. The second thing is that they lied to my father and his fi about who was doing the albums that they were looking at in their office. Said it was one photographer when it was really another. Creative was a little more personal, IMO. Creative Compositions is a little more money than them, but I felt it was worth it and stand by that after the wedding. They were terrific!!!

My cousin used them last year, STILL waiting for her album. Took months just to get the proofs. She's not happy with their service, especially for the amount of money she paid.

I know a few people who used them and were NOT happy. One girl had a guest who TOOK OVER her photographer and had him taking photos of this guests close family (and the bride didn't even know them - they were in -laws friends - that the groom barely knew) - so she has like 50 photos of just these people who she doesn't know and the photographer almost missed the cake cutting.

A few people I spoke to who used them - said that those who refused to add more photos to their albums found that it took 8-12 months to get their albums while friends who were bullied into adding large numbers of photos got theirs almost immediately.

I saw them and felt that their work was not as good as their price - they were rather traditional for my taste.

I went and saw them when I was looking for a photographer and when I walked in I just got this feeling that there was no organization. ALso, the girl that helped us was a complete idiot !!! You can get so much more for the same price elsewhere. I booked spelman studios.

i used them and am quite satisfied! to each is own. albums do take time, this i will admit. i took my time in putting mine together and have had several consultations with the album dept so it did take a little longer. but i am also happy and sure that i am getting what i want.. and not a rushed job. jmo.
