anyone evr heard of powder bar makeup

i am looking for a makeup artist under 200 dollars and will travel. all liw vendors are booked :( i was just looking at the knot vendors and came across a very cool website with 2 great reviews on wedding project. the place is called teh powder bar , link

i did a search on here and nothing came back, just wondering if anyone at all heard anything about this company. i aheve been emailing with owner and she seems awesome.
