We are planning to book our rehearsal dinner at Sunset Harbour in East Patchogue. They sent me the menu with choices, but they aren't very descriptive - i.e. 'Penne Palermo,' 'Chicken Chasseur.' What are these things? If anyone is familiar with menu, please let me know so you can help me pick my appetizers, entrees, etc.

We had... Chicken Mornay- breaded breast of chicken topped with broccoli and mozzarella in a mornay cream sauce
Prime Ri Aujus
Sole Mernier- filet of sole lightly battered in a sauce of lemon butter and wine
Stuffed Jumbo Shrimp- jumbo shrimp with a crabmeat stuffing topped with a lemon wine sauce
Rigatoni ala Vodka
It came with Dutch Potatoes and Green Beans Almondine,
