I feel like after I got engaged it was full speed ahead...lately I feel like I am like hummm ok what do I have to do? I start to say ok let me buy my jewlery and then I am like it is early I should wait I feel like there is a bit of a lull right now and that makes me sad...lol! January is when I will start looking for my BM dresses and maybe it will all pick up from there!

I feel the same way...i got a lot done but I am at a point right now where I have to wait till at least the new year to start doing other things....I guess once it starts to pick up again i will be thankful for this break i have now!

i had a lull for a couple months, now i feel like i am doing a few more things, Hiring a DOC/Planner is going to really help me figure the rest of this stuff out

Did you start looking at favors? We're scrapping our original idea and going with something else. What about starting to look for things like certain cardstock for menus, programs, etc. It will give you something to do!

I feel the same way... at one point FH and I were busy every night doing wedding things... now it is a lull, but i know come January it will be full steam a head, so i am enjoying this lull while it lasts!

that's the same problem i'm having...it's the general problem with having a wedding still so far off
i still have a couple of major things to find, but when those are taken care of, i'll be twiddling my thumbs

LOL, I feel the same day. Oh wow 1 day before my wedding. I already have my bridesmaid dresses picked out. They are all getting measured in the end of Jan, early Feb. YEA. I already have my dress. I feel so bored right now. I have the DJ, photo & Video all booked. Cocktail music booked. Not sure what else to do.

I still try to do small things on the side, like look at flights and hotels for the honeymoon, but I am at a standstill--once it is January, I get to have them order BM dresses, I will go for a hair and makeup trial--I booked them already, I just want another make-up trial, headpiece, jewelry, gifts I am trying to concentrate on the holidays right now and getting that all done with

I am glad I am not the only one like should I be doing something.......... I know there are certain things I have to get done but I feel like it is a little early to start doing them, plus the holiday right around the corner, i guess come January it will start up again. Funny though, after I posted this I called BR to try to find out about my veil and I am going at lunch so that gives me something weddingy to do!

i wish i could fall into a little bit of a lull...i feel like a psycho with looking at all of the details. I've been called one too lol (in a joking fashion) It's good you're relaxing...there should be as little stress as possible right now!

I'm in the same boat. But I got most of the major stuff done. I figured that I have enough time to take a little break and pick up after the holidays.
Take this 'down' time to relish on what you have accomplished so far and maybe just do some non-commital browsing and shopping to collect ideas and not have to feel pressured about getting things done.
