I have seen Carol Duvall do it on her show...its some sort of dip and you must be very careful with the solution....its like an acid!!
I bet if ya checked on HGTV.com they will have info!

They sell a kit at michaels, and they also sell the stuff separately.
I have done it- it is fun and not hard at all! You can use stencils for designs.
The stuff I used did not burn my skin.
