I am planning a May 2011 wedding at the Riviera in Massapequa.
I was just wondering what your experience was like and if you had any pictures of your big day there - looking for a little inspiration =)
TIA Ladies!
And... Congratulations on your wedding!

Re: Anyone get married at the Riviera - Massapequa?
this was my second choice and then i want to a bridal shower and saw their plates and silverware weren't properly cleaned! ..... Then they upped the amount per head by $10 when we were going to talk to them about booking - as well as the minimum number of guests.......

FH's sister got married there 2 years ago and it was beautiful. The food was good and the cocktail hour was outside with plenty of food. She had 150 people but I think it might be too cramped if you want to have more than that. Good Luck.

Thanks for the reviews ladies!
I'm looking (hoping) to have no more than 130 people, so I don't think space will be a problem.
Does anyone know what their linen selection is? I have plenty of time to plan but I just wanted to get an idea if I am going to have to rent linens.
My color scheme is light yellow, green, and black.

they definitely have green and black, i dont remember yellow. but they recommended a vendor that doesnt charge much at all if you want a specific color. FM me if you want any other info, we're going back in November for another payment so I'll be there again soon, plus i'm def a RH stalker so i know a ton lol

We actually went to a wedding there last night; shes a LIW member too (Daizies1011). We had a great time. The food was excellent and our waitress kept the drinks coming; FH didn't even have to go to the bar! I highly recommend it.
