Anyone get their mortgage through Foxtons?
Has anyone used Foxton's or have any opinions on getting a mortgage through them? They have quoted us the lowest rates so far and have a free floating option so if the rate goes down after you lock in you get the lower rate. The only thing that concerns me is that they said it takes a month to a month and a half to get the house appraised. That seems like a long time to me. Countrywide told us they send an appraiser out the next day. How long does it usually take to get a place appraised?
