It is really nice & formal, but i dont think its necessary when computers can do anything you want these days. But if its what you want go fo rit girly!

I agree with the waste thing..I have a computer program that types hand calligraphy and it all looks the same to me...I would like SOME money left over after all this is done....LOL

I've always wanted to learn calligraphy so I'm taking a class in order to do it myself! I think it is necessary and looks so much nicer than a computer. I hope I'm good enough by the time it comes around to addressing!!

you're getting married after me, so if you'd like I can show you my work...i'll definitely be cheaper than the more professional calligraphers. i'm also doing my FSIL's...she's getting married in Oct, so i'm going to have plenty of practice.
