Anyone getting married at..

.. the sands in Lido beach??

I'm getting married there on June 26, 2004.. Just wondering if anyone has had their wedding there.. and if so, what were your thoughts about the place.

I see a lot of Westbury Manor brides.. (which was my second choice)..

but, I chose the Sands because they have only 1 wedding at a time, and the price was pretty good...

$60 pp for a Sunday &
$75 pp for a Saturday..

Also, has anyone been there as a guest?
.. and if so, what was your opinion of the food, service, etc...

I was at a wedding there about 5 years ago and thought it was great! The food was very good (I especially remember dumpings in cocktail hour ) Sorry, I don't know if things have changed since then.

My best friend and my FH's good friend (separate weddings) were married there around 2 years ago. Both weddings were beautiful and nothing was missing. I had a great time at both. I know that my friend loved the maitre d. Good luck
