Anyone getting married at St. Patricks Church in Bayshore?

.....what the heck is up with the 'no runner' rule!!!!
so upsetting

I'm getting married there and was upset with that and even more upset with the fact that the flower girl can't throw petals in the church I thought he was kidding when he told me that.......

I am, I actually don't mind since I never intended to do a runner.

were getting married at St. Josephs in Babylon...they have the same rule.... i was really disappointed too!!! Apparently all the churchs will be doing it soon

My RH said we couldn't use one outside cause it's dangerous if it is windy, I am not gonna argue with them I would be the first one to trip over it and dive head first into some poor unsuspecting guest's crotch. I am a huge klutz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

When FH and I went to go meet with the head priest one of the first 'rules' he said to me was no runner...I pouted a little so he kept teasing me the entire time we were there with him about wanting the runner.

FH called him back the next day to confirm the date and he ask 'How is she doing about not having a runner?' ....I was ok with it until he kept bringing it up!!!

He said its because the day is about God not me....oh and also I may trip ..lol
