Anyone getting ready at the Viana?

I will be staying at the Viana the night before the wedding and getting ready there. Just curious if anyone else is doing the same and what size room you decided to book with. I'll be getting ready with my mom and 7 bridesmaids so we will need a decent size room.

Crashing:

Both Dh and I got ready at the Vianna (different rooms of coarse), we stayed in a suite with a kitchenette, it was me plus 3 BM, I slept with my MOH on the King size bed and my 2 BM slept on the sofa bed, everything was confortable. We had a hair and makeup artist come to the room the day of and the space was good enough.

Now you might want to get 'connecting rooms' because the suite is their biggest room and you plus your mom and 7 BM's would never fit there.

They dont have a shuttle but i believe they have an agreement with camalot where you get a deal with them on the shuttle

I am booked with Viana and am staying in the one bedroom suite. Getting ready there as well. Keep in mind that check in is 3pm and check out is noon, so if you plan on getting ready during noon - 3pm you will have to book 2 nights. Also, you have to guarantee a certain amount of rooms to be booked before you can get the discount for your bridal room. It's in the contract but they didn't tell me any of this when we went to see the rooms.

I was very happy, they allowed me to extend my stay until 2pm for no extra charge. We didnt go back to the hotel after the wedding. My MIL had an after party at ther place, so we went there instead.

They said they would charge me an extra $85 if I wanted to stay until 2pm
