I just got back not too long ago. I had fun. There were a lot of samples and my mom won a raffle for a really cute toy bin. There were a lot of vendors which had NOTHING to do with babies or toddlers, which kind of ticked me off, but MOST of them were and they were worth visiting. Lots of filling out paperwork for raffles and stuff, but I got a lot of information. You could also get a Friendly's ice cream cone for only $1, so that's always a bonus!

Re: Anyone Go to the Baby Expo? How was it?
I went this morning... it was... 'eh'. Very much like a bridal expo. Definitely not worth $9 bucks plus $6.75 parking but if you have the coupon for free admission then go.
Not as many free samples as you would think, mostly people trying to sell you stuff, hard. It all depends on how into all the baby gimmicks and merchandise you are. I'm not so I didn't care for alot of the stuff but I did buy a pair of shoo shoos for my neighbor's infant for $8 less than you can get them on the internet. And I pre-registered at Babies-r-us so at least I got one thing off my to-do list.
I got a free sample of the Avent bottle with disposable refill thingies, filled out alot of surveys, raffles, and mailing lists. I'm sure my mailbox will be teeming with baby crap for the rest of my life. But 90% of the coupons and literature I got I know I'll never use.
If you go, stay away from the pushy Viacord lady!! Omg - she scared me!!
Four bucks for a bottled water so make sure you bring your own!
