Anyone go to the Gym or do exercise

This time of year?? I try it but it tough to be motivated.

It's hard to get motivated in the beginning, then it starts to become a habit after a while.

It was hard for me in the beginning. My husband and I work out together

FH and I do, it's tough but totally worth it.

I don't mind going but with the cold weather I don't like to go out as mucn.

Julie you are on a roll

I have to say that DH and I have been the worst we've ever been about this the past few months... we used to go every night together, or DH would go in the morning bf work and I'd go after... or I would do DVD/workout tapes in the apartment and free weights, etc.

Needless to say I haven't seen the gym in MONTHS and it SHOWS

It's hard but I still do. If I can't make it to the gym during lunch, then I walk on the tread mill at home. But I was bad this week... didn't work out once!!

I go 5 days a week no matter the weather...its part of my routine...I get home, change and go. Its not an option unless I have plans then I make up the day on a a day I normally don't go.
