World Gym, you pay the monthly fee but you have access to all classes and the gym

I was doing zumba classes in nassau once a week through adult education.. its a really cheap class. see if locals school districts offer it by you. I also tried belly dancing and it got my belly in shape.

Let's get one thing straight...Kedra doesn't 'go' anywhere. She's started class in like 3 different places and never went back hahahaha
I'm not any better...went to *one* and never went back haha The old ladies at Curves were smoking me.....

I went once to south shore dance in sayville they have classes tues wed and thur $6 a class I went once and felt retarded but you sweat and if it wasn't so far I'd go more

I went there once and it was so packed that I did not get enough out of the work out because there was no space for me to zumba.
I go to once at Lumiere Ballet in Bay Shore. She is awesome.
