?? My FH has a 16 month old son who I have known since he was 4 months old. He has sole custody of him so hes with us all the time. I hate to say step son because I consider him mine. He calls me mommy :) Besides my FH hes the best thing thats happened to me :)
I want to dance with him and my nephew for my first dance :) ( I have to start working out my arms!!) I dont get along with my Dad at all so I thought this would be really nice. (my mom and dad are going to walk me down the isle)
Whats everyone think of that? Any song suggestions????

I don't have any songs I can recommend but I will tell you that when my friend got married, her son (from a previous relationship) exchanged vows with her now DH -- there was not a dry eye in the place. I think it is incredibly special that you are doing a dance with your new son!

FH and my daughter are going to dance to sweet child o mine shes not biologically his but he is the only daddy she has ever known. i met him when she was 2 so they are really close

This is both our second marriages.FH has 3 kids and I have 1. My son who will be 9 when we get married will be walking me down the aisle and at the wedding I will have OUR song to dance to, it will be Let Them Be Little by Billy Dean !!!!! It is a great song ! FH has custody of his kids and they have called me Mom for almost 3 years now. They are my kids and I don't consider them step kids. We will officially be a family on 8-8-09 !!!!!

my future step son is 11 years old and would probably die if he had to dance in front of a group of people! boys will be boys. i'm going to place a ring on his finger after i give FH his wedding band during our ceremony.

i have an 11y/o and FH has a 10 y/o. We're already like a family. Our kids consider themselves brother and sister. I was thinking of having them exchange vows also....like I take you to be my little sister and vice vera
