We are going on Sat and Sun to the Interfaith Pre-Cana at Emmanuel RC in Uniondale. Is anyone else going to this one?

No but i just wanted to say that we did that same one back in november and it was really good. even FH liked it and he thought he would hate it. it was really laid back and they covered important things. we really had a good experience. have fun!

Yes I am!!
I'm a bit nervous about it, I guess cause I dont really know what to expect.
I did call and ask about lunch (my FH was worried about that...lol) and I was told that lunch will be served on Saturday along w/ refreshments all day... Sunday just refreshments no lunch.

That is funny that you called and asked about lunch b/c this morning FH said 'I hope they feed us at least!'. Thanks for the info. I will pass it along.

I just made the first appointment for my priest to meet my FH and to chat. He said it's too soon to start counseling because it's 2 years away. I'm so nervous about going...I'm afraid of what might come up and how we'll handle that, especially in front of my family priest!

Our pre-cana is not with the priest. He is not a part of it.
