Anyone going to Pre Cana

This weekend at St. Patrick's in Bay Shore?

FH and I will be there all day Sat and half the day Sunday...would be nice to see a fellow LIW girl!

me too st patricks in glen cove, father martys said it was at someone house i have to sign up for the one in october.. what do you actually do there ios it like the movie license to wed lol

We did Precana through St. Pats in GC. We just sat in a circle and went over the book they give you...like different quizes regarding different topics that come up in marriage. The couples that run it are really sweet. Have fun!

hi guys, i am so no longer a newlywed but just hopped on LIW to tell u that I did pre cana at someone's house from St Pats in GC and it was really fun!!! it was at someone's house of dosoris.. i forgot the couple's name i think his name was steve? he sorta looked like steve martin.... anyway, u r there w 5 other couples, u do worksheets about your mate like list your top priority in a partner such as compassion honesty etc etc. there are games about your future inlaws. etc etc , no license to wed movie lol..... u barely talk about sex, they have cookies etc..... i liked it, hubby was indifferent. it was def corny but nice..... have fun! let me know if you have any other questions.....! i seriously would love to host it when baby gets older, he would be a major distraction at 15 months old
