It's at the Nassau Coliseum... has anyone been to one of these?? Is it worth it? Is it anything like a bridal expo because those are total waste of time IMO.

I went to one in NJ. They give you a lot of free samples. It was worth it we thought.

I'm going but I'm also not expecting much from it...just thought it would interesting. We'll see. I'm just afraid to sign in cause then i will be inundated with junk mail like with Bridal expo...but who knows - maybe I'll get some coupons out of it
