Anyone good at poetry that can help me?

A lot of my guests are military and are being restationed RIGHT before our wedding. I am trying to get their new addresses so I can write thank yous for gifts etc. I am pinning cards to a board with their names and would like them to write their address on the back....

I'm awful with poetry and most of this doesn't rythme or have rythmn, but this is what I have...

I think this is cute; however, I would suggest changing 'they call home' to 'that they call home'--- I think it gives it a smoother beat.
