Anyone got their dress altered other than..

the place where you purchased it? I am really a bit confused.

long story short...
I ordered my dress in Jan. It came in this month...the darn thing is almost 1.5 sizes too big....BIG BUCKS for alterations right...yeah I know....Okay the stress of everything is making me lose weight. Not on purpose....so I want to get this started about April...need to gain more....any suggestions....or

should I just go back to the place where I got the dress..the woman said..'Oh no more than $300' Okay am I bugging or is that just about right.

Will travel to Long Island or Queens

i have no good answer - i just wish i could lose weight by being stressed. when mine comes in itll be 3 sizes too small!

hey try bridal elegances, they are a vendor here, see what they will charge you. they do alternations!!!!

I'm getting my dress altered by Phyllis at Bridal Elegance- She is a vendor on here. I don't remember what she charged me for alterations-but they were alot cheaper than the bridal shop where I purchased my dress.
