It didn't come with the shipping slip? It should say the purchasers name on the shipping form inside the box, even if they didn't include a card.

if u still can't find it you can call the place u registered with and they should be able to tell you.

Try contacting Fortunoff's. They should be able to look up the sender's info.

Yes, give them the item number of your present, and they'll be able to tell you who purchased the present.

This happened to me with Fortunoff too. Call them and if the person paid with a CC they can tell you who purchased it. With mine it wasn't meant to be shipped to me that is why nothing was included.

That kind of happened with BBB. I randomly got one of the $50 BBB gift cards in the mail (they were having a promotion w/ spend $200 on lenox, get a $50 gift card). It had the purchaser's name as me, and the shipping address down as me, but referred to the fact that the gift card was from the Lenox promotion (so we knew it wasn't a stand-alone gift from someone new)
Only a few people bought us that much Lenox stuff so I told my mom and we went down the list... My grandma bought us 11 place settings and got BBB to honor the free soupbowl promotion Fortunoff was running 'instead of' the gift cards... but she got them anyway! (they were mailed to her house though, so she's out).
My mom's best friend got us 6 accent plates, so she was a possibility, but my mom asked her and she said she got them mailed to her house.
That leaves a few older relatives I don't know very well and my parents thought it best not to bother them and put them in a weird position since I already sent them thank yous for their real gifts... so... we left it at that.
other gifts didnt include cards and we had to figure it out by the gift receipt but luckily there was always something

check the packing slip alot of times at the bottom it says the name of who bought it
