Anyone has a Wedding Website?

Just curious, if anyone has a wedding website, do you put web address/URL somewhere on your invitation so guests can go there to find more information?

How do you go about letting them know of the existence of the website?

I put a label on my engagement party thank you's with the link, but no one visited it anyway. .

Oh well!

I also have one attached to my honeymoon registry, which people will see if they buy gifts off that.

We did one on wedding channel, we just emailed it to our friends/family.

I didn't think it was appropriate to put on the invite, but an insert with the website would be good.

we put our url on our std's and on the reception card.

maybe i can get the bridesmaid to put it on the shower invitation, is that ok?

or put it on the shower thank you note? just didn't wanna include an extra just to announce our web address :(

We did a very elaborate website (FH is a graphic artist & web designer in addition to his summer job of being a scuba diver...) We sent an e-mail to most people when we did it. We have people constantly telling us 'Oh, we went to your website...'

We also printed small slips of vellum paper with the web address & included it with our invitations. We put detailed directions from alternative routes, and directions to the hotels & to the reception from the hotels, local hotel information & the menu (in case people have dietary restrictions, I think they forget to tell you sometimes...) all on the website, that's why I thought it was appropriate to include it with the invitations.

We put it on the card that I sent with the STD. You can see a pic in my album.

A friend of ours whose getting married next month has a site, FH and I thought it was very cute, they included the site info with there STD, and it tells you how he proposed and how they met, and there registry info.
