want a really simple way to do it...
go into word
start typing keep it to the left side of the page.. use the tab button to indent whatever it is that you want indented just count how many you tab over so you can make it all uniform
and wal-lah! print then flip the page over and print on the other side. one will be right side up and the other upside down

depends on which office suite you have; I know it came with my version of office so I have publisher.

Actually I think you can DL a trial but you're going to need hwo to work the program
