Looking for someone who is not too overbearing (no yelling and screaming into the microphone) just a company with experience, perhaps a D.J. you have seen at an affair yourself? Please let me know! Also, any photographers you can recommend as well? I am new to this but the wedding is coming up in Sept.!! Thank you.

FM Entertainment is my DJ and Turn Loose the Art is my photographer and I whole heartedly recommend both!!!

I booked LI Sound and ive know that FM Entertainment is great as well and so is Tommy Tunes and After Hours.
I booked Duet as my photographer and Thomas Paul is amazing as well.

for a dj we booked hart to hart. they've been around for yearssssss. they also do uplighting and theyre not those crazy annoying mc/dj's

After Hours for your DJ for sure!! Phil did our EP and I've seen him at various other events like B'day parties and Christenings. Always top notch!! Yes, he is doing our wedding and the patience this guy has at all of our meetings is incredible.
Photogs....Patken....can't say enough good stuff about them. I've seen two recent wedding that Vinny has shot. Take a look at my epics in my album. They make me look so much better than real life!!!

photographer&videographer- we booked Patken....we were beyond impressed when we walked in the door...to the customer service...to their work!! They are a m a z i n g!!!
DJ - we booked Tommy Tunes!!! Tommy sold us...hes such a great guy and we are putting all of our trust in him to make our day special..he offered us a great package!!..we are so excited !

Check out FM Entertainment, if you don't want an 'in your face DJ' then they're definitely it! plus they start at like, $895 for a DJ package.. Good luck!!
Oh and photo i'm using Thomas Paul, i love his pics!

I booked Patken for photo and video & Tommy's Tunes for DJ. (They can be that louder DJ you talked about but they can tone it down if you tell them to!)

i went with the DJ and Video package through Variety Music ... they seemed really nice there, and worked with me to fit in my budget.
i also booked their percussionist who was AMAZING ... so excited
