I'm tired of making turkey chili, meatballs, burgers or meatloaf. Anyone have any good low fat ground turkey recipes that are not any of the above?

FH likes my turkey burgers - Add a packet of Lipton onion soup mix to about 1.5 lbs of ground turkey, along with a lil soy sauce, garlic powder, and pepper. Let sit for 10 mins in the fridge. Form your patties and use a grill pan or skillet on med-high heat. Five mins on each side. Sooo good!

Turkey enchilada pie!
I have not made this specific recipe, but they all come out good!
I have a GREAT one! It's a WW recipe. It's called 'Vegetable Spaghetti with Bolognese.'
Make spaghetti squash by cutting it in half, scoop out the seeds, and then wrap each 1/2 in plastic wrap. Then, microwave for about 7-8 minutes until the squash easily falls out with a fork. (Do this as you're making the meat sauce so that it stays warm.)
Then for the meat sauce: 1 lb uncooked ground turkey (no more than 7% fat) 1 cup cooked kidney beans, rinsed and drained if canned 1 medium garlic clove, crushed 1 medium onion, chopped 1 medium zucchini, sliced 1 1/2 cup mushroom, sliced 1/4 cup canned tomato paste 14.5 oz canned tomatoes, chopped, peeled 1/8 tsp salt (or to taste) 1/8 tsp pepper (or to taste)
to make sauce: Combine turkey, beans, garlic, onion, zucchini, and mushrooms and cook on high heat until meat is no longer pink, about 5 minutes. Break up turkey with a fork several times.
Add tomatoes, tomato paste, and herbs and season to taste. Cover and cook for 10 minutes more on high heat.
With a fork, scrape out spaghetti squash to form strands. Divide squash among plates and top with turkey bolognese.
ENJOY!
If you're doing Weight Watchers for anyone reading this, it's 7 Points for a 1/4 of this receipe (but believe me -it's very filling!)
