You can buy the mix in the grocery store this time of year. I made it once, it came with the noddles, raisins, etc. All you had to do was mix it up & bake it. I thought it turned out great.

u mean noodle cuggle? it's an ashkenazi jewish dish. it can also be made with white or sweet potato, or carrots or other vegetables.

I would look on any Jewish/Kosher cooking website for noodle kugel or noodle pudding. My sister in law made one for the holidays. She's Catholic - go figure!

Sauce is easy... and once you know how, you really can't screw it up. FH likes a whole big Italian meal every Sunday. I'm Italian, so I already knew how to make a lot of that stuff....
I try to make ethnic meals on ethnic holidays that we don't celebrate....
One year I tryed briskit w/ kashi and noodles.... (i know I just spelt verything wrong) and i made it pretty gross...
