anyone have a good template for a label to personalize a favor??

My mom purchased my shower favors..they come already wrapped...clear box, with a white bow...yes I know what my favors are

My friend is going to make for her a personalized label (shipping label) with my name and the date.
There is a place on the box where it would fit.

I wanted to help her think of ways to create it....

any ideas??

is there any theme to the shower? colors?

maybe there is something you really liked for the wedding, but it didnt fit. You could use that idea for the shower label.
