do you have a pool? for some reason going in the pool always helps tomake me feel better when i am hung over

a coke will do it! Coca cola that is! There is something about the syrup in it that my dr. used to prescribe for me when I was small because I was really nauseaus,..so it still works to this day..a regular coke does the trick for me and for my sister. Pedialite also works, get in grape. Unfortunateky Ive had more hnagovers than I care to admit and Im all about fix it remedies. Hope ya feel better ! Im going to the yankee game today..so hopefully Ill have a nice hangover tomorrow! heheheh just kidding!

Jenn is actually right, have another drink
Or you could take asprin and drink a lot of fluids
My hubby says do a lot of exercise and sweat it out (BTW I have never seen him do that )

Pedialite is what they give kids to stop the dehydration..( I think) it puts the electrolites back in yoru body..thats why that works.

This is a strange one but it works to help stop the room is spinning feeling. lie in bed, put one foot on the floor.

Here's one more. Squeeze fresh lime juice into a small glass with seltzer or club soda. It always makes me feel better!! (also good if you eat something that doesn't agree with you ).

i alwyas go with 2 aleve and a glass of diet coke....or recently i foudn this excedrin that has caffeine in it too (i think its migraine relief or something - it comes in a purple box!)
