I always got through to her by email and had no problems she usually takes no more then a day or two to get back to an email

OMG .... I have Oksana booked for my wedding (which is in three weeks) ... and she is still so unresponsive... I'm slightly shocked (and kinda annoyed at her..haha) that she responds to you in 1 - 2 days ... the last email I sent her was a week ago and I have yet to hear back from her .... any suggestions?

geez. You know I really need a makeup person and everyone raves about her but now it appears she never writes back! I am sorry that your wedding is so soon and she hasnt gotten back to you :(

I booked both Oksana and Jenn and they get back to me within a couple of days. If you don't hear back, just forward your email again and say you're following up. I'd try emailing again.
Also, once you book them, they give you their phone #s so you can reach them more easily.

Oksana usually answers my emails within a couple of days, i agree with the other poster, i have had to re-email (forward) an email to her again.
