Anyone have a Placecard template??

I cant seem to figure out how to print on the placecards that my hall gave me. They're 4' wide x 3.5' tall, but they fold in half and the writing has to be on the bottom. How can I print on these??

My email is [email protected] if anyone has one that they can email me.

Thanks ladies!!!
