Anyone Have a Plasma TV?

Ok we are purchasing a 42' Panasonic TV and we got that wall mount.

This is the one to be exact.

Questions , where did you guys get the shelves to hold the receiver, dvd and the speakers?

What style shelves did you all get?

Anyone have pics of the entire set up.

Thanks
