Anyone have a wedding at Koenigs Restaurant in Floral Park

Hi: We are thinking of booking Koenigs. The price is right and I grew up in that area and have been there tons of times, so I know the food is good. Just curious if anyone had a wedding there. I'm having about 90 people. I know the room isn't huge, but I can't be picky. Thanks

Hi! Never had a wedding there but the food is great! As long as it is decorated nice and you have some good music, you already have the great food, it won't matter how small it is. People who love you are there for you. 90 guests- it may be less expensive to book a hall- check it out.

we had our engagement party there and it was really nice. the food was great and so was the service!

Hi Again Nicole: Thanks for your advice about a hall, but the prices aren't much cheaper. Besides the only hall that I liked is the Oceanside Knights of Columbus. (Its really nice insided). We are inviting 120-125, but I'm pretty sure it will only be 90. Thats nice that you are having S.M.C.C. I've been to a wedding there and all was great. Their prices are great too. They were booked for my date. Are you having an evening or afternoon wedding? Thanks again for your kind words to my other reply as well. You are sweet.

Dear joyce,
My future brother in law and his wife had their reception at Koenigs with about 40 guests. It was very cozy and the food was great. They had a sit down dinner without dj/dancing. It was alot of fun and it took place in the afternoon. Very cost effective and went very nicely. Hope this helps in your decision, and good luck!
