Trying to decide if I want to become an independent sales rep for any of them. Any of you try it, and what were your experiences if you have?

My mom is a Mary Kay consultant is she is doing really good. She likes it because it's not a pyramid company, meaning you can go higher then the person that recruites you.

Plus Mary Kay is good because it's products that people run out of so you profit just from them reordering, obviously along with all of your other sales.

my best friend did arbonne it was a waste of money. She was trying to sell to the wrong people she's young and was having these parties with young broke college kids who cant afford it. So she wasted a lot of money on products she's now trying to sell her kits on ebay. If anyone wants to buy them let me know. But you def. have to sell to older people that have the $$ to spend

My sister did Avon once before. I was actually contemplating do Pampered Chef a while back too. Its all about the networking. You have to constantly get your name out there and once you do, you'll have returning customers and customers that will refer you to people they know, and so on.

i am registered to sell arbonne, but the stuff is so stinking expensive no one wants to buy it...dont get me wrong the products are great (I love love love the eye cream they have but for the love of god its 50 dollars a container!!) its just not worth the effort in trying to sell it...

a Friend of mine sells for Arbonne and is having a hard time with it.

I love the products, but I bought the eyecream for half price (I think half price is $40) and it only lasted me maybe 2 months. I just can't afford to keep buying such small quantities.
