not so much for pms, but for cramps...my hot water bottle. makes the pain so much more bearable.

hot bath, advil and again...the old lady in me is telling you try the hot water bottle or those hot pads that you can adhere to your body for aches and pains. the heat really helps!

Yes, I have to agree with the hot patches. I got SEVERE cramps and my only cure was the thermacare heat patches. They helped out quite a bit.

For cramps i like Midol. For PMS I like to tell a man about all of the horrible things associated with menstruating, to make them squirm I get evil when I have PMS
