Anyone have any good/bad experience with Huffman Koos?

I may order an armoire from them this weekend - it's close to my house and they carry the brand I'm looking at, but I've heard mixed reviews on their delivery and service.

Any good/bad feedback?

I ordered a hope chest from them about 3 years ago. They were great. No complaints and they were very efficient. Good luck.

I had an absolutely sickening experience with them! It was by far the most stressful situation in dealing with a company I have ever been through .. and it took nearly 1 year before I was satisfied enough to just let it end rather than continuing the hopeless struggle. I will be more than happy to share details if you like.
