Anyone Have any Info/Opinions/Reviews on the Honda Pilot or CR-V??

I know I want my next car to be an SUV and wasn't thinking of a Honda SUV but my dealership may be giving me an offer I can't refuse...
Any info or opinions on either of these two cars would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

The Pilot is pretty expensive, but it is just as roomy as the Acura truck. It's really nice.

FYI Honda and Acura except for looks are the same. Just like Toyota and Lexus; Nissan and Infinity; Ford, Lincoln, Mercury. Ford even owns Mazda, Land Rover, Astin Martin and Jaguar.

They are both great cars, it just depends on how much you want your payment to be and how much room you need, the Pilot is considered a full size and the CRV a mini-ute. Also consider engine size and the rising cost of gas these days.

We have a Honda CR-V....It's great on gas and not too big. It's DH's car, but I drive it most of the time. I love it.

If you get one make sure you get a V-6....ours is a V4 and is sometimes slow on pick-up. That's our only qualm about it.

i've read nothing but rave reviews of the Pilot. it seems to be a great car that you really cant go wrong with.
DH and i were deciding between the Pilot and toyota Highlander and we decided on the Highlander simply because we like the look better.

I LOVE my Pilot! However, some thoughts...I had an X-terra before, but it was too high off the ground and 'rugged'. I initially looked into the CRV, and really liked it. Depends on what you are looking for...CRV, great gas mileage, nice SUV for the money, not 'too much truck'...to fill my Pilot can run me $35 in gas, and right now, I don't have children, it is huge inside! Nice, but I would've chosen the CRV.

I heard nothing but good things about the Pilot. If you get a good deal, go for it.

I test drove the Honda Pilot. It rode very nicely and the interior was spacious. I didnt like the center basket thingy. it looked cheap. The interior as a whole looked cheap to me. I was going to spend 35k on the one I wanted (DVD) but I wound up getting an Acura MDX for a little more $$ but it also has anti-rollover sensors, STANDARD side curtain airbags (being a mommy of almost 2 I need safety) which the Pilot doesnt even offer as an option and just a couple other convenience features I needed cause I was spoiled with my Passat.

My neighbors parents have 2 CRV's and love them. But I have no experience with them.
