Anyone have any REALLY young ringbearers/flower girls?
We're not having any flower girls, but our ringbear is my FH's (and soon to be mine, officially) nephew, who's only 2 years old. I don't expect him to be able to walk down the aisle perfectly, (he's too young to be serious!) but does anyone else have any experience with very young kids in their wedding? I think it will be cute no matter what, I'm just curious if there are any stories to tell.

I had my DH's niece as our FG she was 6. My RB was 18months and our son. In a word he stole the show!!!! He actually ran down the aisle into the arms of his Daddy and everyone oooh'd and aah'd over him. He even stopped half way down so people could take his picture

My ringbearer will be 22 months - whether he actually walks down the aisle doesnt matter - I cant wait to see how cute he will look all dressed up!

My two half-brothers were my RBs. At the time they were 20 months and 3yrs old. The 20 month old was actually better behaved than the 3yr old! The younger one tried to swipe the older one's pillow (but was unsuccessful) so the older one cried all the way down the aisle!!

Aww that is so cute!
We just took our 2 year old ringbearer for his fitting and he BAWLED when the guy came near him to measure him. It was a sign of what's to come, I guess!! I felt so bad, but he is just the cutest thing, I'm so excited to be his Auntie

my RB will be about 2 hes my fsil son and also my godson my FG isnt even born yet shes expected to arive around aug 7 so she wont even be a year when I get married I told my cousin who is a BM in the wedding I dont care if you have to carry her down the aisle she has to be my FG.

My neice will only be 1 1/2 years old. She will be my flowergirl. I think I am going to put wings on her so she looks like an angel

I have 4 FG's.... 8, 6, 5, and 2 (her b-day is the day before our wedding)!!! Our RB is our son, he'll be about 9 mos...escorted by my teenage cousin. Not sure how that is gonna work yet... only time will tell.. Hes four and a half months old now and can sorta crawl, and loves to stand holding onto the couch. Who knows maybe by then he'll be able to walk!! LOL

My nephew will be the RB (will have turned 5) and my niece will be the FG (she will be 1 1/2). I am hoping they will hold hands and walk down the aisle together. They get along so well, so crossing fingers. But if it doesnt happen, no big deal. They are kids and unprodictable.

I am having our neice as a FG who will be almost 2. But we are also having my 8 yr old twin cousins so if the 2 yr old doesn't want to walk, its okay.
As far as RB, we're having my cousin who also will be almost 2 and another cousin who will be 6!

I was a wedding with a 2 year old ring boy. In the middle of walking down the isle he began to cry! he wouldn't move, he just cried. His mom had to come and get him. He continued to cry through out the ceremony.
I guess my only comment would be, make sure the kids aren't shy. if they are shy, they will definately get scared.

I am going to have the RB hold teh two year old's hand and pray that they make it down teh aisle.
She has my stepsister's wedding first so she will get some practice.

I am having a 2 1/2 year old flower girl. I am not expecting much! She is judt going to be TOO cute! No one is going to be interested in me she is the star in the family. Good Luck!!
