I make stir-frys mostly - just meat (pork, beef chicken, fish, etc.) with toms of veggies - quick and easy!
I also make fried rice. I scrambled an egg in the wok. Then add cooked rice, soy sauce and if you want pork or scallions or other veggies. Tastes good!

They sell a really great bag of frozen vegetables made for stir-frying at Costco - it even comes with sauce to add. You can add chicken or shrimp to this, and serve over rice. Really delicious and easy, since no cutting/washing of vegetables.
