Anyone have contact info for Encore Invitations?

I'm having them do the calligraphy and need to input names on a disk. the program is Windows 3.1 - from the EARLY 1990's!!!
This has to be a mistake but my vendor hasn't gotten back to me.

Does anyone have a contact number for customer service for the company itself so i can ask them some questions?

I don't know what the web site would be.
I tried www.encore.com and www.encoreinvitations.com as well as a few others. no luck. Tried looking them up but no luck either. Can't get in touch with my vendor either.
Ugh - I would caution you all to reconsider having them address your invites. I like the actual invite but their addressing process is SO antiquated. What company uses a program from 1990??? (I'm still thinking the vendor gave me the wrong disk by mistake or Encore sent her the wrong disk)
