Anyone have dad and stepdad....?? w/ poll

So my parents divorced when I was 2 and both my parents remarried by the time I was 5.

My stepdad has been there for me just as much as my dad has, maybe even more both emotionally and financially.

So now what do I do about walking down the aisle?

here are my 2 options:

1) both walk me down the aisle together and both give me away

2) one walks me half way and the other meets me half way to give me away

I like the second idea of one walking you half way... but how do you decide? Like who is more important to step out with you on their arm... or to give you away.. might be easier to just do both... do they get along?

HAHAH!! yea I get it!! my mom is on her 3rd marriage and I am close with them all... so??? hum?? what to do idk

Well I am closest now with her current husband but I am still close with her ex (I've known him since I was 2 and during all the imporant years he basically raised me) as for my real father... idk its just an awkward relationship lol. I still have to talk to him and see if he even wants to walk me down the aisle.... i can see his wife causing huge problems since she hates my mother,..... for no reason. idk why it has to be so complicated. I say do what you feel is most important to you!!!

I really like the half way idea. I guess it really wouldnt matter who walked you first. I think they would both just be honored that you found a way to incorporate both of them in your day. They are probably both thinking what you plan on doing also.
