I really can't stand my fiances side questioning everything we do. My family is no better than his but at least they are supportive. They say it's great that finally after 10 years we are getting married. His side is all about how are you going to pay for it? What are you going to do for this and for that....etc. Can't they just be happy. We aren't going for break the bank with this wedding. We have been together for so long and have a 3 year old son. We want to be a complete family. I am ready to explode at all of them. Anyone going through anything like this that can relate? It is so sad that they are like this. I try to be happy but they just always try to bring us down. Ahhhh I am so mad. What could I do to end this? Thanks for listening to me vent!

FMIL is not giving us a cent for the wedding, except for her guests... all 20 of them. She also was a nosey person trying to find out how we were paying for things. It started to get under my nerves also, the key here is not to tell them to much about the wedding, and if u have to, not tell them anything in great details. The less you tell them the better. Doesnt it just drive you CRAZY! That is exactly what i have come to find when planning this wedding, everything is great with me and my fiance, its everyone else that i think should just keep their opinions to themselves! Especially those who are not contributing financially. I feel like saying to people, its none of your business, you had or will have your day, just let me have mine. To tell you the truth i'm at the point where i just cant wait for it to be over. My fiance is really good about it though, he tries really hard not to let everyone bother him. Good luck with your fiances family, i'm sure, like mine they do have the best intentions. My new game plan is to just not tell anyone anything, this way they have nothing to comment on.

....and my MOH keeps sending me pics of dresses... ive already shown her what im looking for... and what she sends me is completely different!!!! c'mon now!!! and she still hasn't made an appt with the store i want to go to!!!!
