The dress that I like, the sample comes in camel- I'd like to see pics of Bill Levkoff dresses in sable, which is like a chocolate brown.......Please help! Thanks!

thanks! the last dress you posted is the one that I like....I'm just curious how it would look reversed (darker colored dress, light colored sash). I'm hoping I can see it on 'real people' instead of their model.

my girls weren't wearing bill levkoff, but they wore the colors you were looking at the the dress style is very similar.

I think reversed would look really nice... Yes, I agree on REAL PEOPLE is always nicer!!!!

Do you think it would like as nicely in taffeta instead of satin?

Yes!! Definitely. We got these dresses at Ann Taylor and tried the ivory sash and the champagne sash. The ivory was much lighter than the champagne and it looked so nice on. The champagne was more gold.

For some reason, even though we thought the champage would look better, the lighter color actually looked soooooo much better. I think the difference of the champagne being slightly darker than the ivory made the dress/sash look dirty. So the dress is the brown with the ivory sash.

I guess if you can actually see the dress color together it will help you decide what color sash you want.

I LOVE the sable!! your flowers looked gorgeous w/ the BM dresses!! that makes me want to do pink flowers!!! i was thinking I'd be doing fall colors- reds, oranges, and maybe some pale yellow. thank you so much for sharing!

I cant believe I ran upon your post by accident...You looked beautiful!!! Your pictures came out awesome. I give you a lot of credit (although it was probably a lot of stress) for pulling together a beautiful wedding!!!!! I absolutely love your pictures!!!!!!! CONGRATS!!!!!

My girls are wearing a bill levkoff in sable. If you go to his website you can change the dress color to see what it looks like. We liked the taffeta but it stains horribly if it gets wet at all so we decided on the satin
