I have it but mildly. Like once a week, maybe only once every other week, my legs feel weird like I have to shake them. Getting it now, so on top of the itchies and feeling a little tipsy because of the wine / benedryl combo, I have creepy crawly legs.

Oh, mine is totally worse when I am out. The commercials seem to imply you only get it when you are laying down, but I get it worse when I am sitting upright, like IN A BOOTH at a restaurant!!!

that is the only time I get it, when I'm sitting upright in a chair... at the kitchen table, at my desk, in a booth, sitting on a bench.

I totally had RLS when i was in high school, I chalk it up to my sedentary life style. but once I started exercising more in college and walking everywher it stopped happening. It was really annoying and usually happened to mewhen I was trying to fall asleep , like this incessent need to stretch or move my legs.

oh i get it alot....
when i am laying in bed i am constantly moving my legs or my feet mostly my legs though...poor FH
but at work i am constantly changing the position i am sitting in, i am either sitting with my leg under me or crossed or open its ridiculous at times. i get annoyed at myself...but i cant help it
even in the car i have to move my one leg i am not driving with...it gets bad sometimes

I get it sometimes... always at night. It's just very uncomfortable and really annoying . I always get it in my right leg. Stretching my leg as much as I can and rubbing a certain spot in my lower back helps a little bit. It's definitely a real thing!

No, I don't think it's spasms. It's weird - your legs feel like they have something crawling INSIDE them -- well for me that is what it is. I feel like I need to stretch. But someone people feel like their legs are vibrating ... can be different for everyone ... but yeah, calling it an uncomfortable feeling in our legs fits the bill no matter what you feel. It's hard to describe! It;s not a sudden feeling like a twitch - it's a gradual feeling that makes you want to move or shake your legs ...
