Now that I have my menu template, I just want to get that over with..but not sure if it's even wise to do it so early (tomorrow I'll be 9 months out)

We did ours the day we signed the contract LOL i wasn't signing anything until I tasted the food.
So yea - we did ours early, we booked over a year ago LOL

well my mom and I technically tasted the food at the showcase we went to but as far as an official tasting, we haven't done that yet. Just booked ours for March 25th.
I agree with you thoughg, I want to get the menus finalized and printed so they are out of the way. Guess I will have to wait until March.

i had my tasting the week after i booked, which was back in july.
we were probably the only people that had never been to our venue and wanted to make sure we were happy with the food.

i did mine in july - crazy, i know! i'm going to my RH this weekend though - hoping they'll give me another one before the wedding! they changed the menu so they should IMO!
