Anyone have trouble getting in contact with Patken??
Or is it Just DH and I?? We were told our proofs would be ready within 3-5 weeks. We've been married 4 so we decided to call them ask them what's up and are they good to go or do we have to wait more...... But we've been calling for the past week and no ones been answering and their voicemail's full and now im getting a bit concerned....I'm probably being paranoid but just thought i'd ask.

Yea they probably are hanging out together...jerks.
I've been calling their Lindenhurst office. Its making me really nervous though.

I called mineola 3 times monday and someone answered everytime. I know they are swamped with engagement shoots so maybe that's why no answer.

Had my FSIL stop by the lindenhurst area at 7 and no one was there or there all day today. There was a fed ex we tried to deliver your package notice on the door since 12. Then she asked the tattoo place next door and they said they go away to a lot of seminars and stuff so maybe thats what it is

Hello. I was panic stricken because I am getting married FRIDAY and have yet to hear from my photographer but rest assured, he called me today. He said the voicemails are full because they had a company picnic today so no one was in the office. Hope that helps!!

Im glad Im not the only one. I love my experience with Patken so far. I called Patken today (many times) and kept getting the voicemail, i was going to freak out (wedding is next week) and I needed to confirm a timeline.
My photographer got back to me tonight but Yes, i was having phone issues as well.

I called yesterday to choose out thank you's and got through. Maybe like the others said something was going on today. Don't worry you'll get them and it will be worth the wait!!

i got a call from them tues night saying my save the dates are ready....they said there closed on wends bc i asked if i could pick them up then...maybe this is why?? this is the lindenhurst location by the way...but i havent had a problem with them yet....def call again today bc she told me they were opened to get the std

I spoke with them a few days ago about meeting with our photographer. I called at the Lindenhurst location. I hope you can reach them.

My sister in law used Patken and is waiting for her albums. She called today and they picked up!!
