Anyone having a sibling getting married in the same year???
I am curious to see if anyone has a sibling getting married married '09' also. My younger sister is getting married in October 2009. It is going to be a crazy year, but thank God a good one.

We are April 09 and FH's bro is Sept 09! Their whole immediate family is in different states too...and our weddings will be sooo different.
Some people were asking my future MIL if we would have a double wedding.

My sister is getting married Nov. 08 and I'm May 09. I'm her MOH - so yes, it'll be a crazy year!

FH's brother is going to be getting married in either the summer or fall of '09 (they just got engaged a week ago so they haven't picked a date yet, but they know it will be on '09).

Oh yeah, and one of my closest friends got engaged this past weekend and they are now thinking of a March '09 wedding! She wants to know the dates of my HM so I will be back in time!

No, but my cousin is getting married in June 08 (which is 7 months before us). She announced that after we got engaged. I think she wanted to beat us to the punch.

good question- I actually thought my younger sis would be engaged b4 me and still wait everyday for the call that she is engaged. I guess as we move more into 2008 even if she did get engaged soon she would be a summer wedding as she is a teacher or she'd wait till 2010. we';ll see

Yes! I am getting married Feb 7, my brother May 23rd and my cousin June 27th. All under 5 months and I am in both of their weddings! I can't wait!

Not a sibling but a good friend of ours is in April 09 and we are both in the bridal party and we are in Oct 09!

Not the same year but within a year of eachother. My brother is getting married in Oct 2008. And I have 4, maybe 5 others in 09 before my wedding and one after! Its gonna be a busy year.

Last year my two cousins, who are sisters got married with in weeks of each other, Sybil in June, Loyola in August.. my other cousin got married in between them in July!! It was a CRAZY and EXPENSIVE summer for my family!!!

Me too. . . not a sibling but my cousin is getting married in June '09. My mom was so po'd at me b/c I wanted to get married in July or August and she said it was too close to my cousin. I said F that - I am a teacher and I need to get married in the summer b.c I want to take my hm right after the wedding - he can get married whenever, let him change the date!

My twin sister and I are getting married 4 months apart. Her in June of 09 and me in October of 09.
