I really wanted to but my mom felt bad for my dad so she said she wanted him to do it alone. I wish she ahd walked me down though.
When my sister got remarried last summer they both walked her down and it was lovely.

crashing...my sister did
and I think I want to also. My mom is very special to me & feel she deserves to walk me down the aisle too.

I am!
It's a jewish tradition to have both parents walk the bride down the aisle. I'm super excited about it. And my parents are divorced, so it's kind of funny. In the same conversation, my dad said, 'I don't want to sit with your mom' and 'Your mom and I are both walking you down the aisle, right?'

I did but I didn't want to take away my Dads honor of 'giving me away' So both my parents walked me down then I basically escorted my mom to her row gave her kiss and she took her seat. My Dad then walked me the rest of the way (like 5 feet) shook my DH's hand and as I said 'gave me away'
I loved it and soo glad I did it
ETA: my parents are divorced too and they were both cool with this idea

this! except my mom hats my dad so she won;'t walk the first half with him (we do it where parents walk halfway then wait for me then wlk me rest of way) so she is going to walk half, my dad is going to walk it after her and then me go to meet them soo complicated but glad they are both walkng me!

Re: Anyone having both mom/dad walk them down the aisle?
I did not want to hinder my dad's special moment to walk his daughter down the aisle. For my mother, I decided to have a special part of the actual ceremony for her (we are doing a rose ceremony for the mothers). I felt that giving them each their own special moment during the ceremony was better.

Re: Anyone having both mom/dad walk them down the aisle?
To me it makes more sense for them to both walk me down since they both raised me. But, tradition is the father walks the bride down the aisle unless you're jewish, which I'm not. My parents are kind of old school, and both of them would want to do things the traditional way. So why push to change tradition if it would make neither of them happy, you know? I think my mom actually WANTS to see my dad walk me down. And it would hurt my dad's feelings to take away from his moment.

Re: Anyone having both mom/dad walk them down the aisle?
It's a Jewish tradition for both parents to walk you down the aisle. I always just wanted to walk with JUST my dad but my mom REALLY wanted to walk. What I compromised on I wouldn't have changed a thing. My dad and I walked in and my mom was sitting all the way in the back in an aisle seat. When we got to wear she was sitting she just joined us. My mom got to see my and my dad walk in when the doors opened and I got to have that special moment with my dad right before the ceremony!
If you really want to do it, I say do it! You're parents will love it and your dad still has the dance for just him and you. It's your wedding, no regrets!

Both walked me down. The priest didn't want it, but he let them!!! I went back and forth about it bc I didn't want to offend my mother OR the priest, but I'm happy that we did it!!!!
My parents are divorced, too, and it was my dad who actually pushed for it more than my mom!!!
