anyone hear about patrick swazye?

They are saying he has cancer and only 5 weeks to live?? my FH just came home for lunch and told me. im trying to find something on it...anyone else hear this?

This is what was updated on Perez's website

We're still praying those reports that Patrick Swayze has terminal pancreatic cancer are untrue.

His publicist has yet to issue a statement.

However, a very good source just told us the following:

'Patrick has been at rehearsals for a new cheer leading movie at century city studio frequently lately, and he definitely does not look like he has 5 more weeks of life left…im not sure of his medical condition(s), but if he is gravely ill, he is hiding it very well.'

Let's hope he is not as gravely ill ('5 Weeks Left To Live') as is being reported!

For him!!! I him in Dirty Dancing, one of my fav movies.

I know this sounds corny, but I feel like he was a huge part of my teens. DD, Roadhouse. How very sad!

the associated press just released it and its on foxnews- so looks like its true


But they are quoting the enquirer too... weird for the AP to do that, I think ... so maybe it is true ... but until another news source writes their OWN story, I'm hoping against all hope ...

Fox News is just quoting all the ohter ones. I wanna see it somewhere else, and I wanna see him say it before I get myself so upset. This will we worse then when Frank Sinatra died! (to me!)

The Fox News article is quoting the National Enquirer. I wont believe it until I see it on a reputable news source.

i just remembered i saw that Jeff Healy died of cancer a few days ago-- who was in Roadhouse with Patrick Swazye...that would be a weird coincidence (spl?)

it's been confirmed by his rep that he has cancer....5 weeks isn't necessarily true though.
